1Plug specializes in helping small businesses, primarily in the San Francisco Bay area, with obtaining, using, and maintaining their computer infrastructures.

For hardware, we are authorized as resellers for IBM, Cisco, and Lenovo. 1Plug also has software partner status with IBM and VMWare. Other brands may also be available through 1Plug as many products do not require becoming a partner to sell them.

Although specializing in IBM and Lenovo equipment, 1Plug does have the training and experience to work on "white box" and other large OEM (Dell and HP) computer systems as well.

Yes, 1Plug does support individuals and businesses under 10 employees. For customers in the city of Alameda, there are no pick-up nor drop-off fees.

What forms of payment does 1Plug accept?
For first-time customers, MasterCard, Visa, wire transfer, or cash are accepted. Once an ongoing relationship is established, check or even net 20 day terms can be discussed.
